What I do

Operational support, not another report.

The difference between a traditional consulting engagement and what I do is simple: I don’t hand you a document -- I work with your teams, in your tools, on your real processes, until it works without me.

What I don’t do

  • An 80-page audit nobody reads
  • Generic recommendations without deployment
  • A one-day training with no follow-up
  • A strategic plan handed over and then abandoned

What I do

  • I work in your tools, with your teams, on your data
  • I deploy, train, measure, and adjust continuously
  • I support all departments: sales, HR, finance, ops
  • I leave when your teams are autonomous, not before

AI scoping and governance

I structure with you, in your tools

The problem SMBs and mid-sized companies face

Your teams demand AI tools without a framework. Every department buys its own solution. The budget explodes, nothing communicates, and nobody knows how to measure returns.

My intervention

I don't send you a PDF of recommendations. I sit down with your CTO, CFO, and department heads. We map your real processes together, evaluate solutions in context, build the decision briefs you'll present to the board. I stay until governance is in place and operational.

Security and digital sovereignty

I protect your data, on the ground

The problem SMBs and mid-sized companies face

Your employees use ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot with personal accounts. Customer data, contracts, strategic information flow daily to servers you don't control.

My intervention

I don't hand you a compliance checklist. I map data flows with your IT teams, identify real leaks, configure protections with your DPO, and train your managers to spot risky usage. The AI charter I deliver will be understood by your teams because they'll have helped build it.

Change management and adoption

I train your teams, department by department

The problem SMBs and mid-sized companies face

You deploy a powerful AI tool. Six months later, 15% of licenses are in use. The rest of the team bypassed the tool or went back to old habits. Adoption isn't a technical problem, it's a human one.

My intervention

I don't do a one-day training and leave. I support each team in their real context: sales teams in their CRM, HR in their HRIS, finance in their dashboards. I show, I guide, I correct. I measure adoption week by week, not by licenses activated but by time actually saved.

From experimentation to industrialization

I stay until results, not until the report

The problem SMBs and mid-sized companies face

POCs pile up. Every team has its own. None of them scales. Why? Because nobody has the mandate or the method to turn a promising experiment into an industrialized process.

My intervention

I drive your POCs with a simple rule: by the end of the first month, we know whether to stop or scale. If we scale, I build the deployment process with your teams, train users, set up tracking KPIs. I don't leave when the report is delivered. I leave when the process runs without me.

Your first half-day with me.

We pick a process that hurts. A real one. We identify what AI can change. We estimate the impact. And we decide together whether to launch or not. No commitment.
