Senior AI Transformation Consultant

AI transformation in business is not something you improvise.

Most AI projects in SMBs and mid-sized companies fail not because of technology, but due to a lack of methodology, governance, and change readiness. A single senior point of contact to structure what your teams are doing chaotically today.

A real, free audit of your business: AI potential, maturity, and recommendations.

The reality

What SMBs and mid-sized companies underestimate

Four blind spots that turn your AI projects into operational, financial, and legal risks.

Change management

The tool is never the problem. Adoption is. Without team support, even the best AI solution remains unused.

Planning

POCs multiply without a roadmap. Without scaling criteria, AI remains a lab exercise with no business impact.

Security

Your employees are already using ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools without governance. Sensitive company data flows to uncontrolled solutions.

Digital sovereignty

Where is your data hosted? Who processes it? Without governance, your AI projects create dependency on non-European providers.

What I do

Four pillars to structure your AI transformation

AI governance and scoping

The problem

Your teams request AI tools without a clear framework. Purchasing decisions are made hastily, without structured evaluation.

My intervention

I structure your requirements, evaluate solutions, build decision briefs, and define usage rules tailored to your organization.

Security and digital sovereignty

The problem

Shadow AI exposes your sensitive data to uncontrolled solutions. Your strategic information flows to clouds without any oversight.

My intervention

I map data leakage risks, guide your hosting choices, and ensure your compliance.

Change management and adoption

The problem

The best tools fail without adoption. Your teams resist, bypass, or misuse deployed solutions.

My intervention

I support your teams, provide training, drive the transformation, and measure real adoption, not just technical deployment.

From experimentation to industrialization

The problem

POCs pile up without ever scaling. AI remains confined to pilot projects with no measurable impact on your business.

My intervention

I pilot your experiments, define scaling criteria, and measure business impact through concrete KPIs.

My method

Five phases, from scoping to industrialization

A structured, field-tested approach that transforms AI momentum into measurable business results.

FAQ

Your most common questions

Direct answers, no jargon. If you don't find yours, the 30-minute diagnostic is exactly for that.

+Are you really an AI expert, or did you just add 'AI' to your title?

I am not a data scientist and I don't pretend to be. I have 27 years of operational experience in product, data, and digital transformation. My job: identify the right use cases, deploy with teams, measure impact, and drive lasting adoption. I build real AI products in production today.

+What's the difference with a traditional consulting firm?

A consulting firm hands you an 80-page report and leaves. I deploy with your teams, in your tools, on your real processes. I don't leave when the document is delivered; I leave when the process runs without me. And you get a single senior point of contact, not a junior supervised by a partner you'll never meet.

+Is it suitable for a company of 20 to 200 people?

Yes. It's actually the most common profile. Organizations of this size gain quickly: less friction, fast decisions, visible ROI within weeks. AI is not reserved for large corporations. The real differentiator is not size, it's the willingness to prioritize and execute.

+How much does it cost?

Each engagement is scoped to your context and objectives. Start with a free 30-minute diagnostic: we assess your situation, identify your priority levers, and I give you a personalized estimate. No commitment.

+What if AI is not the right answer for my business?

I'll tell you clearly. My interest is not to sell an engagement that won't create value. The 30-minute diagnostic is precisely for that: qualifying the real need before committing. Sometimes the right answer is 'not now,' or 'start by structuring your data first.'

+Do you only work in Bordeaux?

Bordeaux is my base. I work across France, Europe, and the MENA region (Dubai, UAE), on-site or remote depending on your needs.

+How long does an engagement take?

Initial diagnostic: 30 minutes. First use case deployment: 4 to 6 weeks. Full multi-department transformation: 3 to 6 months depending on complexity. The goal is not to stay long; it's to make you autonomous as quickly as possible.

+What is shadow AI and why is it a problem?

Shadow AI is when your employees use ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or other AI tools with their personal accounts, without any framework, governance, or IT awareness. In SMBs and mid-sized companies, 40 to 60% of real AI usage happens under the radar. The risk: sensitive data going to uncontrolled servers, zero traceability, and dependency building without control.

+Where do we start if we've never done AI?

Don't start with technology. Start with ONE painful process. A real one. Identified by the business, not by IT. We map it together, estimate the potential impact, choose the right tool, deploy, measure. One successful process is worth more than ten POCs that never scale.

+Which departments benefit from AI first?

Sales is often the best entry point: fast ROI, less sensitive data than HR/finance, direct impact on revenue. Finance and HR come in a second wave, once governance is in place. Customer support and operations are also excellent candidates for quick wins.

+Do we necessarily have to use Microsoft Copilot?

No. Copilot is a powerful option if you're already in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. But sovereign alternatives exist (Mistral on European cloud), open source solutions, and hybrid approaches. The right tool depends on your maturity, data, sovereignty constraints, and budget. That's what we evaluate together during the diagnostic.
