I have spent over two decades working inside complex, digital-driven organizations: SaaS platforms, marketplaces, AdTech, e-commerce and data-intensive businesses operating under constant pressure.
Over the years, I have held roles as founder, country CEO, executive committee member and product leader. Roles where the real challenge is never about ideas, but about decisions: what to prioritize, what to stop, and how to execute without breaking the organization.
With time, one thing became clear. I am not here to bring a ready-made vision, nor to chase titles or formal power. My role sits elsewhere. I step in when complexity, noise and constraints blur judgment, and when leaders need clarity, structure and a trusted partner able to hold the tension with them.
I work alongside CEOs and executive teams to clarify what truly matters, structure critical trade-offs and turn strategy into an organization that can execute over time. This often means building, sometimes simplifying, sometimes letting go. Always taking responsibility.
My approach is direct, pragmatic and deeply human. Experience has taught me to balance ambition with restraint, intuition with facts, vision with execution. Not to stand out, but to help organizations hold when decisions carry real consequences.
I engage where trust matters more than titles, and where decisions shape far more than presentations.

Yet weeks go by, priorities keep shifting, teams execute different versions of the same plan, and leadership spends more time arbitrating emergencies than steering direction.
What I actually do:
I cut through competing initiatives, force explicit trade-offs, and help leadership choose what will not be done, so execution can finally converge instead of fragment.
Product teams ship features no one sells. Tech teams slow down “for stability”. Business pushes urgency without structure.
Everyone is busy. No one is really accountable.
What I actually do:
I reconnect decisions across product, tech and business, reset ownership lines, and rebuild an operating rhythm where teams stop compensating for organizational gaps.
The data is incomplete. Opinions are strong. Time is short.
Whatever decision is taken will have consequences on people, structure and long-term credibility.

Building and scaling AdTech ventures from scratch
Co-founder and Deputy Managing Director of two AdTech ventures focused on programmatic advertising and SaaS media buying In Tunis and Dubai.
